Free CMS Templates

There is alot of template providers out there there provide people with free templates for their website. One of them i know is TDMhosting. You dont need to make an account or anything to download the templates they have.

They got templates to 17 different CMS systems as Osdate and dolphin.
Most of the templates are good looking but not them all. Most CMS systems if you want a good looking site do you need to build the design your self or pay some one to do it for you.
